What drives Sussex prices

Sussex sits in southern New Brunswick on Hwy 1. Agriculture and potash anchor the local economy. The town is on the province's main southern corridor, with farms and potash operations around it. Hwy 1 runs through and ties Sussex to the rest of the south. A market built on agriculture and potash takes its prices from its place on that corridor and the industries that surround it. The farms and the potash both keep freight moving through this part of the province.
